Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at Tash Blaque Beauty Bar, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented beauty professionals to join our expanding team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to interviewing and onboarding candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What we offer:
As a recruiter at Tash Blaque Beauty Bar, you will receive a commission of $1,000 for each successful hire made under your recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, including beauty stylists, makeup artists, estheticians, and support staff.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Job Posting & Marketing:
- Create and update job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and expectations.
- Promote job openings through various channels, including social media, career websites, and beauty industry networks.
Interviewing & Evaluation:
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and passion for the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with Admin staff to schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback.
Onboarding & Orientation:
- Manage the hiring and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Ensure that all new hires understand their role and responsibilities before starting their first day.
Employee Relations & Retention:
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and provide support where necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, with knowledge of the key roles within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and outreach.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
