Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background with specialized expertise in non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Filler, PRF, PRP, Microneedling, and GLP-1. As an Aesthetic Injector, your primary role will be to provide exceptional client care, personalized treatment recommendations, and professional expertise in a collaborative, close-knit med spa environment. Responsibilities
- Administer injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, while delivering outstanding client care and tailored recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including PRF, PRP, Microneedling, and Laser treatments.
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to high standards of care during all procedures.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and provide follow-up consultations as necessary.
- Knowledge of GLP-1 and administer
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with fellow medical professionals and team members to deliver comprehensive, high-quality aesthetic care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and healthcare requirements.
Requirements
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in aesthetics
- Clinical experience, preferably within the aesthetics industry
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and basic life support techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and training in aesthetic procedures
Job Type: Part-time and Full time Expected Hours: 16–32 hours per weekPay: Hourly (DOE) Commission (DOE)
