Senior Software Engineer/Application Developer (U.S. Citizen/Security Clearance Required)

Task Force Talent is seeking a senior software engineer/application developer with an active TS/SCI FSP security clearance to support a number of unique government contracts. Our client for this role is a small company with both commercial and government sector customers. They work on very interesting, usually highly technical roles in cybersecurity, software development, data science, and related areas for well-known companies and government organizations. They have a high bar; however, they also have top compensation, benefits, and a strong company culture not found at larger firms.

This role will be developing C# ASP.NET MVC web application solutions.

Target salary range is $180000 to $205000 depending on experience level.

All positions are full-time, in-office, usually in a SCIF.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI FSP security clearance. (Sorry, we are unable to sponsor or upgrade clearances for this role.
• Bachelors with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Experience with C# ASP.NET MVC web application solutions
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with JavaScript/JQuery/AJAX, HTML/CSS, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Experience using customer-approved DevSecOps tools and concepts
• Experience with Linux and Windows Cloud Server management
• Experience with the ICD-503 process for accrediting applications and systems within the sponsor network, including submission of evidence, and leading remediation efforts to address any risks or identified issues

Interview Process

The process typically involves an initial phone screen followed by technical interviews. Contigent offers are usually made quickly, within a week or two. Depending on the level of experience and terms of the contract, additional interviews may be required with a prime contractor/partners or the end customer.
