As a Critical Safety Agent at TaskUs, you will be instrumental in assisting drivers and riders who have lost items or are experiencing a safety issue. You will provide empathetic support, efficiently resolve problems, and communicate effectively with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of both drivers and riders by embedding safety measures into every aspect of our platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Spanish and English, verbal, written, and reading. You should have excellent communication skills, a typing speed of 25 words per minute, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior experience in customer-facing roles or emergency response is preferred, but not required.
