As a bartender , you will be expected to :
Give a warm welcome to every guest.
Menu Knowledge.
Knowledge of classic cocktails and wine / bourbon.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money.
Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our guests.
Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate.
Able to work walking / standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift.
Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs).
Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards.
Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
