Job Overview
Assist FSQA Manager in the creation and implementation of all GFSI and FDA related documents that are required per standard.
Responsibilities
- Assist FSQA Manager in all regulatory and 3rd party audits by providing documentation and support during internal and external audits, including Kosher visits.
- All employees are required to report all issues related to Food Safety and Quality to the management team.
- Help create, manage and maintain all FSMA and GFSI documents and programs, including HACCP Plans.
- Helps manage the Supplier Approval Program by reviewing supplier documents and requesting up to date records.
- Manages incoming/outgoing supplier and customer documentation, per request.
- Experience in and maintaining Quality Systems. Files and retrieves documents that allows efficient storage and accessibility for a large number of records. .
- Ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with regulations by tracking document revisions, controlling distribution, archiving records, and overseeing the overall document management system.
- Assist in the creation of all Technical Data Sheets related to packaging and products.
- Any other tasks given by FSQA Manager
Qualifications
- Experience in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in regulatory affairs or quality management.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, SQF, PCQI, FDA standards; experience in implementing these standards is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in technical writing, capable of producing clear and concise documentation.
- Experience in data entry, records management, and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and guidelines.
- 1.1.1.Ability to create, follow and comprehend documents.
- Efficiently manage large volumes of documents and maintain a structured filing system.
- Ability to meticulously review documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components.
- Performs work in collaborative manner – must be a team player. Ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
