Part-time opportunities are available, with two weekend requirements per month and flexible scheduling options.

We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you as presently, we are actively recruiting for positions including cashiers, runners, and fulfillment specialists for the evening/closing shifts.

Cashiers:

Tasked with operating the Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently, front-of-house team members serve as the initial point of contact for customers upon entry. They adeptly address inquiries regarding the menu, providing guidance on product selections. Responsible for managing various forms of payment, cashiers adhere to prescribed cash-out procedures or utilize the POS system to accurately record and process customer transactions, ensuring precise handling of payments.

Bakers/Fulfillment Specialists:

Preceding restaurant opening hours, team members work diligently behind the scenes to prepare and cook items for the day ahead, facilitating timely service and minimizing customer wait times. Their responsibilities may encompass prepping toppings, bottling beverages, cooking menu items with extended preparation times, and completing food preparation tasks.

Runners:

Following food preparation, any team member may be called upon to deliver orders to customers, requiring meticulous attention to detail regarding order accuracy and timely delivery. Effective communication with kitchen staff, cashiers, and customers is essential to ensure seamless food service operations.

All team members, referred to as CobbleRistas, are entrusted with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and workstations, promptly reporting any operational issues to management. They demonstrate a commitment to learning and adhering to recipes, facilitate effective communication regarding inventory management, and contribute to promoting new products to customers through positive engagement. Upholding the aesthetic standards of the restaurant is a collective responsibility shared by all CobbleRistas, involving regular cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep of food preparation and service areas throughout each shift.
