Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (Hours will increase between November 20th – December 22nd)
The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing our online sales platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and supporting order fulfillment. This position focuses on the administrative and operational aspects of e-commerce, including website management, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Manage daily order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accuracy and on-time deliveries.
- Configure and manage bulk and corporate orders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Work with the customer care team to resolve order-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Website Management & User Experience
- Maintain the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, images, inventory, and pricing.
- Ensure branding and messaging consistency across all digital channels.
- Conduct regular site audits to optimize search visibility, fix broken links, update landing pages, and manage coupon codes.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Support marketing efforts by aligning product presentation with promotions and campaigns.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product availability, order fill rate, and shipping efficiency.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and recommend improvements to enhance platform performance.
- Assist with reporting on sales, inventory, and customer behavior trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
- Understanding of e-commerce marketing, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with web design best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- SEO optimization for e-commerce.
- Product photography & editing for website visuals.
