Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following café recipes and bubble tea drinks!
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
- Utilize square POS system for order processing
- Promote sales of café products
Experience
- Previous experience working in a café or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS system.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food preparation and handling is beneficial
