Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant/Shift Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience restaurant management, inventory control, and restaurant operations.

Duties:

- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

- Oversee staff and ensure efficient workflow

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns

- Train and mentor new employees on company policies and procedures

- Utilize POS system for order processing and payment transactions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a management role

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, inventory management, and hospitality industry practices

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Technology proficiency is a plus

- Passion for delivering high-quality service to customers
