What are the responsibilities and job description for the Saw & Shear Operator (Aerospace & Defense) 1st Shift position at TAT Technologies Ltd?
Operate Saw & Shear
- Perform on-site maintenance, inspections and repairs
- Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form
- Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking
- Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances
- Manages material readiness, inventory and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling
- Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals.
- Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance
- Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
- Must have a valid unexpired US state Driver License
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 or more years of mechanical experience
- Basic computer knowledge and experience in programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Basic knowledge of power tools, maintenance tools
