About the Job
Tata Communications seeks an experienced Enterprise Cloud Engineer to lead the development of solution architecture with respect to technical solution design and service operations for complex solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develops solution architectures that ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solution architecture
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of complex solutions sought by customers
- Supports the creation and delivery of actions resulting from SIP (service improvement planning)
Requirements
- Expertise in SDWAN with fair knowledge on one or more technologies like SDWAN, Cloud, UCC, Managed hosting, or Enterprise Data Networks
- Strong relationship with customers for technical design and services
- Excellent communication skills to present best practice methodology for technical design and migration of services from incumbent providers to Tata Communications
