What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER-AI-AS-A-SERVICE position at Tata Communications?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Product Manager to take on a crucial role in our newly formed AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) product team. The AIaaS platform is designed to bring AI to the entire suite of products across our SaaS offering and we're looking for an experienced person that can ship 0-1 products and feels at home in the AI landscape.
Given the product's broad impact on the rest of our offering, we place high value on execution and abilities to work across teams, communicating value and decisions in a clear and convincing way. We are looking for an individual with a startup mentality able to manage the responsibilities and the scale of a large established platform catering to customers across multiple geographies.
This is a hybrid role, we are seeking candidates in the following areas; Reston VA, Matawan, NJ, Tribeca, NY, Atlanta, GA, Santa Clara, CA, and Burbank / Glendale, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to customers and do product discovery, how can we truly add value with the AI instead of just following the hype?
- Define a roadmap and KPIs for the product, ensuring alignment across the team and the rest of the org
- Work with the Engineering Manager to maintain the product backlog and team priorities
- Keep relations with product stakeholders within and outside the company
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
