About the Role
As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in developing solution architecture with respect to technical solution design and service operations for complex solutions at Tata Communications. This includes serving as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops solution architectures that ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solution architecture
- Analyzes functionality and constraints of recommended solutions/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of complex solutions sought by customers
Requirements
- Expertise in SDWAN with fair knowledge on one or more technologies like SDWAN, Cloud, UCC, Managed hosting, or Enterprise Data Networks
- Strong relationship with customers for technical design and services
- Excellent communication skills to present best practice methodology for technical design and migration of services from incumbent providers to Tata Communications
