As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance, and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. The successful candidate will also serve as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develops solution architectures that ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solution architecture
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of complex solutions sought by customers
- Supports the creation and delivery of actions resulting from SIP (service improvement planning)
Requirements
- Expertise in SDWAN with fair knowledge on one or more technologies like SDWAN, Cloud, UCC, Managed hosting, or Enterprise Data Networks
- Strong relationship with customers for technical design and services
- Excellent communication skills to present best practice methodology for technical design and migration of services from incumbent providers to Tata Communications
