The Supply Chain Lead - Planning & Fulfillment is a key role within the TCP US Supply chain team responsible for driving and improving the end-to-end supply planning and fulfillment process improvements. In this position, you will serve as a super user to drive the digital supply chain transformation agenda and change management strategy with a key focus on ensuring data leaks are eliminated and minimized. The position will ensure that digital systems are coordinated with key business processes and effective at delivering overall key business objectives.
This position requires a strong understanding of TCP US supply chain systems and the ability to collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes. This role is responsible to manage and improve model to optimize capacity and inventory models based on latest forecast, including ensuring most efficient MPS and manage overall inventory priorities.

Supply and Digital Transformation
- Production Planning and Scheduling in GIB DCP - GIB based planning (anchor the implementation of supply planning optimization) and automated Production releasing and prioritization in DCP
- GIB DCP - Automated level loading of demand around capacity constraints at the plant and aggregate level
- GIB DCC - Ensuring MRP settings and parameters are up to date from a scheduling and component ordering / inventory control standpoint
- GIB DCC - Define processes to improve Master Data Management (specifically MRP 1-4) and use DCC Target Work and Rule Work Bench to define and continuously evaluate MRP strategies and groups
- GIB DCC - Continuously assess ABC/XYZ classifications
- Product Life Cycle Management alongside Demand Planner - Maintain right Criteria for Product Lifecycle Indicator (LRODI) Assignments
- Ensure Material Status and Controlling group in SAP are based on product stage in the PLM cycle, support and refine standard product life cycle management processes in line with GIB DCC
- Drive Product Life Cycle Management alongside Materials Planner - Managing packaging materials stock transition with the ability to provide visibility of information as required
- Provide updates to senior leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders as needed on key initiatives, including progress against deliverables such as inventory optimization and working capital-based CI projects and highlight needs from sponsors to alleviate hurdles.
- Execute SCMR (Supply Chain Management Review) process on a monthly cadence with standard agenda focused on improving service and provide FG inventory outlook
- Delivery of Service Level delivery (Case Fill/OTIF) as agreed with the Commercial team for EOC Products
- Develop, enforce and continuously improve Supply Planning Rules to ensure most up-to-date Supply Model including but not limited to MOQ for production, Total Production Hours, Planned Downtime, Shift Patterns, OEE review etc
- Regular review of customer forecasts and capacity adjustments needed using MPS approach, which will be at a monthly rolling frequency
- Identify and recommend options to mitigate medium to long term capacity/supply bottlenecks
- Ensuring weekly finite production schedules are aligned to LE and MPS. Measurement and reporting of KPIs (MPS Attainment, Weekly/Monthly Schedule Adherence) on a weekly/monthly basis
- Collaborate with Supply Planners to ensure MPS and Monthly Plan are in sync with availability of all component materials to support supply plan, with inventory carrying goals in place. This includes ordering, call off and management of inventory at site to ensure uninterrupted production and inventory levels
- Supports inventory management programs to minimize raw material investment and ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations
- Partner with the Marketing, Project and Regional Sales Managers to ensure up-to-date MPS plan
- Be the main point of contact for Supply team for Product Supply area and collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, Quality, Engineering and Finance, etc. to ensure Supply Planning and Fulfilment Standard Business Processes are adhered to and continuously evolve
- Lead and support supply chain planners and management to drive business processes in line with supply chain processes
- Escalate concerns and issues, report project fact base, define options/trade-offs, and provide team recommendation
- Able to navigate through complex business processes with understanding of upstream (commercial) and downstream (supply planning, manufacturing and logistics) implications
- Collaborate closely with Supply Planners to maintain up-to-date information on capacity, capability, supplier constraints in the supply network
- Provide process inputs from a supply planning perspective to related transformation activities such as Automated Master Data Governance project, IBP project, Auto Replenishment Project, S4 HANA upgrades. Drive IT projects for process improvements & and provide inputs to develop planning dashboards
- Ensures compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous enhancement in the long-term supply and production planning process
- Provide inputs to logistics and distribution team to drive network optimization and highlight improvements directly impacting improvement in delivery cost
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement
What are the Critical success factors for the Role?
- 8-10 years' work experience or relevant education in SCM with special emphasis on ERP systems, Production Planning, Inventory management, Annual Budget Planning
- Leverage advanced analytics and tools such as Power BI, SAP S4Hana, GIB, Clearview, Tableau to integrate data lakes, minimize data leaks, make data-driven decisions
- Generate and analyze MIS to understand key highlights & yield improvements in business result
- Drive implementation of Lean tools such as VSM, Process Mappings, RCA etc
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory
- Proficiency in analyzing large sets of data and using data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and insight
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Data driven decision making with strong analytical skills
- Self-driven, strong ownership of assigned tasks
- Resilient, can work under pressure and handle multiple priorities at ease
- Effective interpersonal skills including oral and written communication
