We are building a network of semiconductor manufacturing suppliers and ecosystem partners, contributing to the foundational development of an indigenous semiconductor ecosystem in India.
Responsibilities :
- Lead business development efforts to acquire new customers for our OSAT services.
- Generate new leads and guide them through various business development stages, including NDA, promotion, follow-up deep dives, RFQ / quotation, and contracting, culminating in a design award.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of traditional and advanced packaging solutions such as wirebond, flip chip, WLCSP, and 2.5D interposer to understand customers’ technical needs and offer creative solutions that foster engagement opportunities.
- Understand various cost factors in the packaging process to optimize costs and meet customers’ aggressive pricing targets while preserving margins.
- Manage the revenue stream once production starts, including order management, supply chain coordination, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with internal organizations (Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Headquarters) to coordinate business development efforts.
- Continuously seek industry and customer insights to inform internal roadmaps and offerings.
- Maintain a wide network within the packaging technical and sourcing teams among potential customers.
