About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and expertise in ideation, vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to automotive clients on various projects, including vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and ideation.
• Lead teams in evaluating and enhancing automotive products and processes, with a focus on innovation and ideation.
• Delve deep into assessments and benchmarking to uncover areas where creative thinking can drive improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement imaginative solutions that elevate product performance, trim costs, and boost efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• 10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• An exceptional ideation specialist with expertise in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated exploratory, innovative mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to work on our government contracts.
