Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with servicing, repairing, and explaining vehicle services.
• Understand customer needs, matching requirements to various service options.
• Communicate service details and updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Stay current on new products, features, and accessories, attending required training sessions.
• Maintain a service customer follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business, contributing to customer satisfaction.
• Hire and supervise service department personnel, monitoring their performance in servicing customers.
• Craft annual operating budgets and marketing plans to promote new business.
• Maintain high Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings by addressing customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Driven personality, eager to improve and support internal teams.
