Job Title: Process Technician
We are looking for exceptional candidates for our Process Technician positions at our Van Buren, Arkansas manufacturing facility.
Position Summary:
Process Technicians in our Van Buren Plant are responsible for monitoring and controlling chemical manufacturing processes, cleaning and maintaining equipment with a high emphasis on personal and food safety

When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
Starting pay for this position is $25.56/hour.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb stairs, climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties
- Must be able to work shift work, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to demonstrate basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills
- Licensed Boiler Operator in Arkansas strongly preferred.
Education & Work Experience:
- High school diploma/equivalent or higher education required
- Mechanical or chemical equipment operating experience desired
