About The Role
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Generalist, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administrative duties related to the operations of the Human Resource department at the Baltimore location. The HR Admin will also be responsible for being a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolutions of requests and questions.

About The Role
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Generalist, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administrative duties related to the operations of the Human Resource department at the Baltimore location. The HR Admin will also be responsible for being a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolutions of requests and questions.
- This position’s hours are Monday through Friday 2pm-1030pm, with some need of flexibility depending on business need*
- Order lunches for meetings at manager request; submit receipts to accounting for processing.
- Collect and submit temporary employee timesheets to the correct agency weekly.
- Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refer more complex questions to the Human Resources Generalist or other senior-level HR staff.
- Maintain employee personnel files, medical files, and I-9s.
- Distribute performance review forms to employees and supervisors; track completion of reviews
- Assist employees with updating contact information and emergency contacts, printing paystubs, and updating other basic employee information in the company’s HRIS.”
- Assist employees with safety shoe orders. Be the main contact for the shoe vendor. Track shoe and safety glasses purchases, process invoices, and submit payroll deduction and reimbursement requests.
- Assist in organizing employee events; contact vendors, track costs, collect contracts, and participate in event booking and planning.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Maintain positive relationships with all employees and outside vendors.
- Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
- Process new hire paperwork; set up employee accounts in the company’s HRIS.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Human Resource Generalist.
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in HR Admin or Generalist role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent
