About The Role

The Information Systems Project Manager will report to the Global Information Systems Project Manager and play a key role in driving critical Information Systems projects. While the primary focus will be on projects across the Americas, this role will also support initiatives in other global regions.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position within our newly established Project Management Office (PMO), offering an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver impactful projects. What You’ll Do

  • Meet with senior management and stakeholders to identify, define, and agree on project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs.
  • Successfully work with cross-functional teams, adhering to divisionally agreed processes, tools, and project governance, with experience working with or within a PMO.
  • Create documentation such as proposals, business cases, project initiation documents, project plans, and change assessments, following internal methodologies and best practices.
  • Take responsibility for project budgets and the monitoring of timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with project teams, stakeholders, and impacted groups to influence decisions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop integrated project plans, implementation schedules, resource allocations, and cost estimates while monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Be accountable for reviewing and maintaining risk and issue registers, providing mitigation or remediation proposals, and leading these initiatives.
  • Compile and submit project status reports to clients, management, PMO members, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, customer and supplier relations, and communication skills to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.
  • Manage a range of different projects, including third-party software implementation, application development, and business change projects.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) and complete any other duties as required or requested to support the PMO.
  • Anticipate challenges, issues, and risks, presenting them clearly to stakeholders and SMEs to enable understanding and proactive responses.
  • Oversee project management deliverables, ensuring alignment with the project team, PMO-led programs, and organizational goals.
  • Ensure change management aligns with Divisional IT manuals and PMO approaches, updating and reviewing documentation to reflect best practices and internal processes while adhering to guidance and policies.
  • Provide regular and scheduled updates to the PMO team to ensure all divisional projects, actions, risks, and issues are logged and progress is monitored.
  • Demonstrate experience in working within a PMO environment, summarizing project progress and reporting weekly, monthly, or as required to enable division-wide program management reporting.

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in science/technology.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar Certification and understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience in a software/IT environment, working with and supporting business systems.
  • Project management experience managing mid-sized and large IT projects (up to and greater than $500k), to agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Experience of working with cloud-based project management tools and solutions.
  • Proven record of, and ability to carry out complex problem solving in an ever-changing project environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Project, Visio, PPT, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to motivate others and themselves in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Results-oriented and customer focused, whilst ensuring all affected teams are equally engaged.
  • Experience in working with numerous 3rd parties, including development partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to and flexibility with travel.
