We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to dive into the world of product management. You’ll work closely with our tech team (product, design, and engineering) to help deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.
As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration. You’ll collaborate with business leaders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
We enable our teams to craft and release great products by providing plenty of deep-focus work time, minimizing meetings, focusing on value-add features, pushing frequent releases, and recharging with 3-day weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support Product Development: Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritize features, and track progress to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to translate product ideas into actionable requirements.
- Document Requirements and User Stories: Create clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Assist in Product Launches: Coordinate and support product launches by working with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Monitor Product Performance: Track key product metrics, analyze user feedback, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Customer Support Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Support team to understand user pain points and prioritize bug fixes or feature enhancements.
- Learn and Grow: Stay up-to-date with product management best practices, tools, and trends to continuously improve your skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
- Passion for technology and a strong interest in FinTech and product management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and tackle new challenges.
Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Experience with agile methodologies or product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
- Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles.
- Internship experience in product management or a related field.
