Lease End is an exciting financial technology company based in Southern Idaho. We're committed to empowering auto-lease owners with the tools and resources for an easy, stress-free exit from their lease. The automotive industry is purposefully making the end-of-lease experience difficult on consumers, and we are looking for a Payoff Clerk to help be a crucial part of the end-of-lease process.
Job duties:
- Obtain verbal payoffs from lien holders by holding conference calls with drivers and lien holders
- Obtain payoff documents via fax when possible
- Communicate payoff information with sales team to support the sales effort
- Other functions to support the sales effort as needed

The best candidates will have the following:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other software systems.

- Experience in a financial setting (payment processing or bank/lending) is a plus

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, may be required to work weekends
