Head Bartender

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our team. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members/customers - Take member/customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquet events - Upsell additional products and services to increase sales revenue - Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and new menu items Requirements: - Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred - Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to 30 pounds) - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. Pay: $23.20 - $27.94 per hour
