Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payrolls for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
- Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and timely responses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll software and systems; experience with ADP is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
