- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate overall meal preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Experience
- Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant setting
- Proficient in menu planning and creating new sushi dishes
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices in the culinary industry
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
