Tatte Bakery & Café is poised for significant expansion. We are seeking a forward-thinking, innovative marketer who will spearhead our communication strategy, building Brand Tatte in a way that amplifies our values and efforts as we tell our story. This position is a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategic growth of the company. This role encompasses oversight of marketing, eCommerce, and loyalty. This person will be tasked with expanding Tatte’s brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth Leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing / amplification strategy that aligns with Tatte’s Brand Purpose, Mission, Concept Essence, Core Values and business objectives.
- Work effectively and strategically with the leadership team and board of directors to enable and enact strong marketing / amplification strategies to engage our guests in meaningful ways to drive Tatte love.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, delivering brand insights that drive business decisions.
Marketing & Brand Management :

Leadership & Team Management :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience at the VP level or higher overseeing marketing function at a high-growth, high-volume multi-unit organization (hospitality highly preferred)
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive business outcomes through marketing / amplification strategies.
