About the Role:
As a Fitness Call Center Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in connecting fitness leads with their next steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Your day-to-day will involve making outbound calls to potential members, scheduling their first sessions, and ensuring every lead feels valued and supported.
This is an in-office role with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, where you’ll collaborate with a team that lives and breathes our values.

- Connect with Leads: Make outbound calls to potential fitness members who have opted in, bringing contagious energy to every interaction.
- Schedule First Sessions: Book initial appointments and ensure an exceptional first impression.
- Provide Stellar Service: Care like crazy by answering questions and delivering attentive and compassionate customer service.
