Reports to: Site Director and Director of Accountability
Program Supervisor: Regional Registrar
Part-time salary position-4 hours per day. Monday-Thursday. Hourly rate is based on years of experience and TRS approval if retired.
Qualifications:
College Degree preferred; High School diploma accepted,
Prior high school work experience preferred,
General office and computer skills necessary,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, students and school community,
Must be detail oriented
Knowledge of Infinite Campus and Google Suite
Access to a personal computer and reliable internet
Job Goal: Provide leadership for maintaining and keeping student records to ensure accurate state data collection reporting, student transcript communication, and other data collection tasks that support the operations of Coastal Plains High Schools.
Duties:
- Perform the usual office routines and practices associated with a productive and smoothly run office.
- Checks and approves on-line registration in Infinite Campus.
- Requests records, receives records and schedules orientations.
- Facilitates Edgenuity (Curriculum platform) by maintaining schedules.
- Maintain student information in Infinite Campus.
- Maintain accurate and up to date student records (electronic and paper as required)
- Assist with state data collections, as required.
- Registration of new and returning students.
- Participate in professional learning as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of student information. 25.10
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned for the betterment of Coastal Plains High Schools.
