As a key member of our team, you will oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions, leading a team of accounting professionals, and contributing to financial strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
