What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Tatum by Randstad?
Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Controller for a well-established consumer electronics business based in Irvine, CA. This role will sit onsite (Monday - Friday). Reporting to the CFO, the primary responsibilities in this role will include: oversight and review of daily financial operations, accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The Controller will develop, implement, and manage accounting systems of internal controls that will ensure that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies, and GAAP. They will support the leadership team with key financial information, operational analytics and drive a culture of accountability in managing the business. This role will be heavily responsible for policy and procedure implementation, staff management, and development of systems to optimize operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with an international/domestic distributor, bachelor's degree, 10 years of relative experience, CPA License, and top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
