Strategic Finance Leader – Corporate & Global Operations

What You’ll Do
🔹 Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
- Lead monthly financial forecasting, ensuring accurate P&L and working capital projections.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance cash flow forecasting and foreign currency planning.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and EBITDA improvements.
🔹 Financial Operations & Analysis
- Oversee corporate cash management strategies, optimizing global funding and investments.
- Manage debt financing, credit facilities, and compliance with banking covenants.
- Provide in-depth reporting on financial performance, operating expenses, and revenue trends.
- Lead process improvements to automate and streamline financial reporting.
🔹 Leadership & Business Partnership
- Direct a high-performing finance team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, presenting insights that influence business decisions.
- Enhance financial systems, working with ERP, CPM, and business intelligence tools.
Who You Are
✔ Experienced: 12 years in finance, with a focus on FP&A, treasury, and financial strategy.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling.
✔ Global Perspective: Knowledge of foreign currency hedging, cash flow forecasting, and multinational finance.
✔ Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present insights at an executive level.
✔ Leadership-Ready: Proven experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
What Sets You Apart
🔹 CPA, MBA, or Master’s in Finance preferred.
