We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting activities. This role is responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, preparing both consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP, and overseeing tax-related accounting activities. The Controller will support various entities and assist with business decisions and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilitie
- s Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and intercompany elimination
- s.Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with GAAP, Tax standards, and ASC 842 schedule
- s.Generate and analyze financial reports on operating results, budget variances, and departmental performanc
- e.Monitor and review budget outcomes, offering insights and feedback to department head
- s.Conduct financial analyses for contracts, proformas, pricing, investments, and asset purchase
- s.Support cost accounting and process improvements for strategic decision-makin
- g.Develop and manage the accounting team structure, including staffing, training, and evaluatio
- n.Strengthen internal controls and support new accounting software implementation

Qualificati
