Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Marketing Manager for a well-established, profitable and retail / wholesale distribution organization in the San Gabriel Valley.
The primary responsibilities in this role will include :
- Continually engage with members of the business across the Regional footprint to develop a significant working knowledge of the business
- Evaluate effectiveness of Wholesale marketing programs and recommend changes
- Work with cross-functional teams comprised of other divisions and lines of business within the business to increase cross-sell and customer relationships
- Develop core product collateral and merchandising such as brochures, online content, ongoing POS system
- Foster collaborative relationship with the Regional Marketing Directors and their respective teams
- Manage all projects within the Wholesale marketing budget
- Partner with Project Management to ensure timely, on-budget asset delivery for all CRK and licensee produced marketing materials, including seasonal tool kits, POS, packaging / trim, video, direct mail
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 7 years of relative experience within retail, wholesale, and online businesses within the luxury retails goods space, top-notch verbal and written communication skills, be a self-starter and innovative.
