Senior Accountant - $65,000 to $80,000
We are currently partnering with a reputable, growing and family-owned business here in Lancaster on a Senior Accountant search. This is a great role that will offer a lot of variety and even the opportunity to grow as a manager.
This is a 100% onsite role where you will be expected to be in the office every day.
As the Senior Accountant, you can expect to be responsible for:
- Oversight of AR, AP, Payroll, Insurance and other transactional accounting practices
- Working with company leadership to achieve financial goals
- Manage and review the work of two outstanding employees
- Work with outside accounting firm to resolve issues and drive the business
Our client is looking for someone with his or her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar. Management experience would be a plus but it is not required. Our client would prefer someone with at least 4 years of experience and experience using QuickBooks would be a plus.
