Our client is a fast-growing, global distribution company with a lean, dynamic team and operations spanning multiple countries. With a focus on efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant OR Accounting Manager to help scale our finance operations and support our continued growth.
In this position, you’ll be a key player in the day-to-day financial operations while also taking the lead on exciting special projects that directly impact the business. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys full-cycle accounting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with the company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including AR/AP, GL, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee and improve accounting processes to support global operations
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other consultants as needed
- Prepare internal financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for leadership
- Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support budget and forecast preparation and provide variance analysis
- Help develop and mentor junior accounting staff as the team grows
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent a plus)
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a distribution, manufacturing, or global business environment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Hands-on, self-starter mentality—comfortable rolling up your sleeves
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with data
- Strong problem-solving skills and a love for process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
