We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Development Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s growth through Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, partnerships, and other inorganic growth initiatives. You will lead the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities from sourcing through integration, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal integration
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential acquisitions and investments
- Build and present investment cases, deal structures, and strategic rationale to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Operations, etc.) to conduct due diligence and assess strategic fit and integration requirements
- Identify market trends and target companies that align with the company’s long-term strategy
- Cultivate and manage relationships with investment banks, M&A advisors, potential targets, and external stakeholders
- Track the performance of completed transactions and support continuous improvement of the M&A and integration process
- Assist in long-term strategic planning and corporate strategy initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
- Demonstrated experience executing M&A transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal negotiation
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, capital structures, and valuation methodologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic mindset with high analytical rigor and business judgment
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
