Tax Manager, Lancaster, PA - $115,000 to $130,000 plus bonus potential (HYBRID)
Outstanding opportunity to work an aggressive hybrid work schedule (3-4 days a week remote) for a growing privately held company in the eastern suburbs of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
This is NOT your traditional Tax Manager role as our client is a very complex and diversified company - resulting in a great range of variety in terms of job responsibilities.
This Tax Manager role is a newly created role and will report to an AWESOME Director of Tax. While this position will manage a team of 3 Corporate Tax Accountants - it is definitely a “hands on” role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with a minimum of 6 years of Tax experience required (either in public accounting tax and / or corporate tax).
Given the complexity of the company’s businesses and the depth, strength and tenure of their Tax Team, our client has a lot of flexibility both related to the candidate background and to “molding the job” around the hired Tax Manager. This includes our client being open to candidates directly out of public accounting.
