Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health - Comprehensive care for adults through a 12-bed inpatient program and outpatient services.
Ascend Behavioral Health - Tailored mental health services for adolescents, featuring a 6-bed inpatient program and outpatient care.
Sierra Meadows & Ascend Psychiatry - Outpatient psychiatric care for lasting support.
Touchstone Recovery Center - Effective outpatient substance abuse treatment for both adults and adolescents.
Sierra Meadows Foundation - A not-for-profit counseling and training center, offering free services to those in need.

Since our founding in 2019, we've steadily expanded in the Fresno / Clovis area. As we grow, we're searching for dedicated and dynamic individuals who are ready to help drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage care for up to six patients with a focus on safety and respect.

Assist patients with daily activities, including personal care and hygiene.

Support nutritional needs by assisting with meal planning, grocery shopping, and, if needed, meal preparation.

Maintain a clean, sanitized environment to promote health and safety.

Track and communicate patient progress and needs with the care team.

Positively engage and influence patient behavior while fostering a supportive environment.

Follow proper protocols to address patient needs effectively.

Requirements

What We're Looking For :

1 years of experience in a mental health setting (preferred)

Current CPR certification

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Calm, compassionate, and effective under pressure

Initiative and sound judgment in a variety of situations

Proficiency with electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and email

Health clearance, TB screening, valid driver's license, and criminal record clearance required

17 - $18 per hour
