Mandarin Speaking Sales Manager - Restaurant Technology Solutions (Remote)
Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to help bring their innovative point-of-sale (POS) system to local and regional restaurants. With a mission to empower restaurants by providing them with a comprehensive technology ecosystem, our client serves a wide network of restaurant partners across multiple cities. About the Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will focus on prospecting, building relationships, and driving the sales cycle to secure new restaurant partners. Your role will be pivotal in understanding the unique needs of restaurant owners and helping them integrate a tailored technology solution to optimize their business operations. This is a hands-on sales role where your success is directly linked to your ability to engage prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify restaurant prospects that align with the company’s POS technology offering.
- Prospect actively through cold outreach, including visits, calls, emails, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customize technology solutions based on the prospect’s needs.
- Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs, including outreach targets and onboarding new restaurant partners each month.
- Use the company’s CRM system to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report results.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to product/service delivery, aligning customer expectations with outcomes.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
- Strong sales acumen, including the ability to upsell and close deals effectively.
- Comfortable adapting to fast-changing environments and learning new technology quickly.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Google Apps)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience
- Fluency in Chinese is required
Location:
- This is a Field Sales position. Candidates will work from home 50% of the time and travel to meet clients within SoCal the other 50% of the time. (fully company paid, candidates will be required to provide their own transportation)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, plus sales commissions based on performance.
