- Main Responsibilities:
- Imaging desktop and laptop computers for deployment.
- Configuring newly imaged computers with required software and security settings.
- Testing returned or old computer equipment for operational status.
- Installing new computer equipment at employees' desks.
- Mailing newly configured equipment to remote users.
