Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management or Business-related field
• ServSafe Certified
• Five (5) years of prior experience in Child Nutrition management
• Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with all federal, state, and municipal health, sanitation, and safety laws, policies and guidelines pertaining to food service
• Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity of technical computer applications, K-12 food service software systems, operating application management, point of sale, and back office management systems
