Service Desk Manager

Our client is looking for a strong skilled Service Desk Manager. This is a Full Time position and an On-Site position. This employer is in the Gaming and Hospitality industry and hosts a number of properties in Las Vegas, NV.

Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:

• Lead a support team dedicated to delivering timely, first-contact resolution for end-user technical problems related to hardware, software, and network services.
• Maintain up-to-date run books and documentation to ensure support staff have the necessary resources to effectively resolve issues.
• Coordinate timely escalations to appropriate teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and proper follow-up.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain 24/7/365 scheduling to meet the business's operational support needs.

Your previous experience includes:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board license.
• 5 years of working experience in IT.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles through certification or hands-on experience.

Salary Range: DOE
