Automotive Technician Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced A & B Level Automotive Technicians to join our team. This role requires advanced technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models. You will be responsible for complex diagnostics, major repairs, and ensuring vehicles meet the highest performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on engine, transmission, electrical, and other critical vehicle systems.

Conduct major repairs, including engine & transmission replacements, and complex electrical repairs.

Utilize factory and aftermarket scan tools to diagnose and reprogram vehicle systems.

Perform maintenance services such as brake, suspension, and driveline repairs.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.

Ensure all work is performed to manufacturer specifications and industry and company standards.

Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.

Strong proficiency in using diagnostic tools, scanners, and software.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be punctual, have a positive attitude, communicate in an effective manner, and be a team player.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
