Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to oversee the management and operational performance of 5 individual Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that maintenance, operation, HSSE and HR programs are followed to drive safety and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and operations backgrounds as well as proven leadership skills.
Duties
- Lead the plant management teams ensuring compliance with operating procedures, driving to reach production goals, enforcing adherence to HSSE and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering and executive teams to develop operational plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor and review operating performance of individual plants and assist the management team in developing corrective and/or improvement strategies as needed to ensure operational reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to plant managers and staff, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Train and mentor operators and managers on operating procedure and safety protocols of the system.
- Oversee and ensure timely accurate reporting of performance, needs and issues to the executive teams.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading industrial, energy, wastewater or equivalent teams on multiple sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/ process/engineering principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to calmly work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Understanding of standard oil & gas midstream and wastewater equipment a must

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
