Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Contract Administrator based in our Houston, Texas office.
The Administrator will work with our Houston, Texas office team.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Contract Management : Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts related to EPC and construction projects. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Risk Analysis : Identify potential risks in contracts and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Contract Optimization : Advise on contract terms to improve financial and operational outcomes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with legal, compliance, and project management teams to align contracts with organizational goals.
- Record Keeping : Maintain organized systems for physical and digital contract records.
