- Assist with preparation work, such as cleaning and sanding surfaces
- Mix and apply paint, varnish, and other finishes according to specifications
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Carry out routine maintenance on tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Painter Helper Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a Painter Helper or in a related field
- Basic knowledge of paint types, tools, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
- Comfortable working at heights
