This is a full-time, on-site position that supports our NFIP Direct contract. Starting wage : $38,693 -$48,367 and is overtime eligible. How will you contribute?
You will be our play a pivotal role vital point of contact for individuals facing a potentially devastating flood, providing critical information about their flood insurance policy, guiding them through the claims process, and offering support during a stressful time, ultimately helping them navigate the financial recovery after a flood event.

If you are a people person with exceptional telephone skills and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, a positive attitude, and a heart full of empathy and compassion, this role empowers you to make a meaningful impact on customers' experiences by swiftly identifying and resolving their issues.
Preferred Skills to Stand Out :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly flood insurance experience.
- Knowledge and Training specific to underwriting processes including policy cancellations, endorsements, and renewals.
