This is a full-time, on-site position that supports our NFIP Direct contract. Starting wage: $46,488-$58,094 and is overtime eligible. How will you contribute? You will be part of an amazing team of auditors supporting internal and external audit activities. Your responsibilities will include transactional auditing, call & chat auditing, external audit support, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. Your goal will be to ensure that our processes are compliant with NFIP rules and regulations.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful: If you are an analytical person with effective communication skills, who is detail-oriented and works well within a team environment, then you will excel within this role!
Preferred Skills to Stand Out:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous audit experience
• 2 years of customer service or underwriting experience
• Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly flood insurance experience.
Salary : $46,488 - $58,094
